Hemm żewġ sinjali għal ĦERQAN(A). L-ewwel sinjal għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel parti ssir biż-żewġ idejn fin-nofs forma ta’ 5 kkurvata u l-pala ta’ id togħrok il-pala ta’ l-id l-oħra xi darbtejn. (ii) Imbagħad, isir is-sinjal għal EJJA b’id waħda fil-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa toħroġ fil-ġenb u tagħti skoss mill-polz ’il ġewwa darbtejn. It-tieni sinjal hu modifikazzjoni tas-sinjal għal ĦAJJA. Iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 kkurvata u bis-swaba’ tan-nofs jiżżerżqu ’il fuq u ’l isfel taħt l-għonq bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-ispalel jixxenglu u l-ħalq jinfetaħ u l-wiċċ jieħu espressjoni ta’ bluha.
There are two signs for ZEALOUS or ENTHUSIASTIC. The first sign has two parts. (i) The first part is made with two hands in the centre in the shape of curved 5 with the palms rubbing each other twice. (ii) Then the sign for COME ON is made with one hand in the shape of 5 with palm facing inwards. The hand stretches out at the side and jerks inwards from the wrist twice. The second sign is the modified sign for LIFE made with both hands in the shape of curved 5 with the middle fingers sliding up and down below the neck with palms facing inwards. The shoulders sway, the mouth opens and the face takes on a foolish expression.
